From my heart to yours

My sweet Child,

Don't you yet understand that
I know all about everything that
you are going through?
I love you with an everlasting love.
Your trials come to make you strong.

If you never went hungry,
How would you know that
I am able to feed you?

If you never had a problem,
How would you know that
I am a problem solver?

You must know that everything
that is happening in your
life has been carefully planned by me.

I am not a man that I should lie.
If I say that I will meet all of your needs.
Then you must learn
to trust me to do just that.

I am here for you,
even in the midst of the storm.
You have no reason to fear.

If I can hold the world in the
palm of my hand.

Don't you think that I am able
to meet all of your needs?

Just trust Me and everything
will be alright....

Love Jesus

Sharing my heart.

I will bless the LORD at all times:
his praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Psalms 34:1

Every born again believer
loves to praise the Lord!
Because He is so good to us.

But what happens when the trails and
tribulations hit us from out of nowhere?
Do we still have a praise on our
lips and in our hearts?

Do we trust God enough to praise Him even
when things are not going our way?

If we really want to praise the Lord with our hearts, we must trust Him enough to know that everything that happens in our lives is working out for our good, this means in the good times as well as the bad.

Why? because we love him.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus help me to have a real
praise not only on my lips but in my heart,
especially (when it seems)
that things are not going my way.

The shadow of the Cross

A young man who had been raised as an atheist was training to be an Olympic diver. The only religious influence in his life came from his outspoken Christian friend. The young diver never really paid much attention to his friend's sermons, but he heard them often.

One night the diver went to the indoor pool at the college he attended. The lights were all off, but as the pool had big skylights and the moon was bright, there was plenty of light to practice by. The young man climbed up to the highest diving board and as he turned his back to the pool on the edge of the board and extended his arms out, he saw his shadow on the wall. The shadow of his body in the shape of a cross. Instead of diving, he knelt down and asked God to come into his life. As the young man stood, a maintenance man walked in and turned the lights on. The pool had been drained for repairs.

Thought for today.

I will forgive myself for whatever I have done,
because Jesus has already forgiven me.
